Migrate existing forum content into Social Squared Online (SharePoint and Teams)
If you’re an existing customer who has been using the Social Squared farm solution (WSP) on any version of SharePoint Server, you can use our Social Squared Online Migration Tool to migrate your Social Squared content from the on-prem SQL database to the SharePoint lists used by Social Squared Online. If you have been using SharePoint’s built-in discussion board (either on-prem or online), we have a tool to migrate that content into a single Forum within Social Squared Online. If you’re using the SharePoint discussion board in on-prem, you’ll need to first migrate it to SharePoint Online, where our tool can then migrate the content.
