This article lists some errors you might see in the DeliverPoint UI or browser logs, and what the causes might be.

Not Accessible Resources

When you run a DeliverPoint report, you may sometimes see an expandable section at the top of the report labeled as Not Accessible Resources. You can expand this heading to see which resources are the problem. You may also see a yellow warning that the report may be incomplete, because your account cannot access all of the necessary resources for the scope you have selected. 

This message might mean that your account does not have SharePoint Full Control permission to some objects within the scope, so it cannot report on them. Or it may also mean that right now DeliverPoint cannot access those objects for some reason, perhaps due to throttling. Viewing the browser Console log (F12) should help you determine the exact issue. For example, you might see errors similar to below regarding some specific objects that your account can't access:
